Dream plan

We are an independent online service that provides guidance on savings optimization across the asset classes housing, savings in discretionary funds and pension savings as well as goals and dreams, and we provide data, calculations and guidance on this.

We offer the possibility that, after using dreamplan.io, you can choose to be advised by the banks we cooperate with about financial products and services. In order to provide you with this service, it is necessary for us to collect relevant personal data and to pass the data on to the banks if you wish.

Processing and categories of personal data

Delivery of our service.

We collect various information about you when you use our solution. We only ask for the information that is relevant to make calculations:

General personal data:

Name,

Age

Civil status,

Place of residence,

Income,

Debt in housing,

Payment of debt in housing,

Number of years left on the mortgage,

pension savings,

pension payment,

Savings in free funds,

Deposit for savings in free funds,

The result of the calculations for up to 15 different optimization scenarios

The processing basis for our processing of your personal data for this purpose is the data protection regulation, article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, as the processing is necessary to fulfill the agreement we have entered into with you.

Marketing

Personal information is used for marketing purposes, including targeting our communication with you on the basis of optimizing your savings, your areas of interest and focus and to send you relevant marketing in the form of e.g. newsletters.

The processing basis for our processing of personal data for marketing purposes is the express consent you have given, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter a.

Use of our website

Personal information is collected when you use our website. We use this information to optimize the user experience on our website and the services we offer. The processing basis for our processing of personal data in connection with functional and statistical cookies and cookies for marketing purposes is the consent you have given, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter a.

The legal basis for our processing of information in connection with necessary cookies is § 6, subsection 1 of the Data Protection Act. 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in our website functioning.

Customer service etc.

If you contact us at info@dreamplan.io, your inquiry may contain personal data, e.g. your contact details, your association with a company, e.g. if you are associated with one of our business partners or suppliers, or other personal data that you provide to us. In certain cases, we may also receive such personal data about you from third parties, e.g. your employer or your colleagues.

We process such information, among other things, to be able to handle and respond to your inquiry and to be able to communicate with you or the company you are associated with.

The processing basis for our processing of your personal data for this purpose is the data protection regulation, article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, if our agreement is entered into directly with you (and not a company) is the legal basis for the above processing, as the processing is necessary to fulfill a contract we have entered into with you.

The processing basis for our processing of your personal data, if the agreement is concluded with a company and not you directly, is the data protection regulation, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in being able to communicate and possibly fulfill the agreement with the company you are affiliated with.

Feedback

To ensure that the services we offer meet the user's requirements, we may ask for your feedback. Any feedback you give us will be used solely for the purpose of improving our services and will not be published.

The processing basis for our processing of the personal data that may be included in such feedback is Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Regulation. 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in improving our services.

Recipients of personal data

Data processors:

We use data processors who, among other things, hosts our IT systems or performs specific administrative tasks for us, and therefore entrusts your personal data to them. Data processing agreements have been concluded with all our data processors.

3rd parties

We pass on your information to the banks that appear on the collection page on dreamplan.io when you have given your consent to this.

We may also pass on your information if we are required to do so as a result of legislation, or so that we can protect our interests in a legal dispute.

The processing basis for our disclosure to banks is the express consent you have given, cf. the data protection regulation, article 6, subsection 1, letter a.

The processing basis for our processing of your personal data in the event of mandatory disclosure is Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Act. 1 letter c, legal obligation.

The processing basis for our processing of your personal data, in the event of legal disputes, is the data protection regulation's article 6, subsection 1, letter f, as we pursue our legitimate interest in being able to defend, maintain or enforce legal claims.

Retention period

We store the user's data until it is no longer necessary for us to process it.

Storage of data without a user profile:

Entered data: Stored for 3 months

Storage of data with a user profile:

Entered data is stored for 5 years after the user has been active.

Marketing consent: Deleted as soon as possible after the user unsubscribes

Information provided in connection with calculations: is anonymized and stored for static use.

Enquiries: Deleted as soon as possible and no later than 3 months after the end of treatment.

Feedback: Stored up to 5 years after receipt.

Information included in bookkeeping and accounting material: Stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates.

If we have reason to store the user's information as part of the protection of our legitimate interests, including e.g. legal disputes, we reserve the right to store the above information for a longer period of time and at least until the end of the case.

Third country transfer

All user information is stored on secure servers in Germany.

We maintain necessary organizational, technical and physical security measures to protect the user's information against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access in accordance with the data protection regulations in Denmark and the EU.

Automatic individual decisions and profiling

Profiling is a form of automatic processing of your personal data with the aim of evaluating certain personal circumstances concerning you in order to analyze or say something about you and your circumstances.

We use profiling to be able to show you a proposal for how you can organize your finances based on general assumptions about savings optimization across the Danish financial sector.

We make no decisions in this regard.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data.
• You also have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
• If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to your revocation of your consent. You can revoke your consent as set out below.
• You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
• In addition, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data in the following cases:
• If our processing of your personal data is based on Article 6, para. 1, letter e (public interest or exercise of public authority) or Article 6, subsection 1, letter f (balancing of interests), see above under processing basis, you have the right to object to such processing at any time for reasons that may relate to your particular situation.
• You also have an unconditional right to object to our processing of your personal data if we process your data for the purpose of direct marketing.

There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. It is therefore not certain that you have the right to e.g. deletion in the specific case - it depends on the specific circumstances in connection with the processing.

Reservations for recommendation

The purpose of the report is solely to provide a preliminary overview that can form the basis for actual advice on your financial situation.

The report's results are based on the information you entered yourself. DreamPlan has not carried out any checks on the information.

The results of the report are indicative only and without obligation or responsibility for DreamPlan. The results of the report cannot be taken as concrete advice on your financial situation.
